Dariusz Daniluk

Dariusz Daniluk is an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of British Automotive Holding. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, he completed postgraduate studies in International Banking and Finance at the University of Southampton in Great Britain.

In the years 1989 - 1993, a banking analyst, an inspector leading the so-called on-site inspections, an expert in banking law at the General Inspectorate of Banking Supervision at NBP. In the years 1994–1997, he was an advisor to the President of the NBP, head of the European Integration Department at the Department of International Financial Institutions of the National Bank of Poland, the Legal Team, the Crisis Team and the Supervisory Policy Team at the General Inspectorate of Banking Supervision at NBP, and then in 1997–2000, Deputy Director of the Foreign Department at NBP. In the years 2000–2002, Dariusz Daniluk was the Director of the Internal Supervision Department at Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej SA. In the years 2002–2008 he was the Director of the Internal Audit Department at the National Bank of Poland, and a member of the Internal Auditors' Committee (IAC) at the European Central Bank. In the years 2008-2011, the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Finance and the Chief Spokesman for Public Finance Discipline, as well as the Chairman of the Ministry's Computerization Council and the Audit Committee. In 2011–2013, he was the President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Until 2011, he was a member of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and Chairman of the Bank Guarantee Fund Council. In 2013-2014, he was an advisor to the President of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. In 2014, he was the President of the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Spedycyjny Trade Trans sp. Z oo. From 2018, Member of the Management Board of Idea Bank SA In 2011–2013, he was the President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Until 2011, he was a member of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and Chairman of the Bank Guarantee Fund Council. In 2013-2014, he was an advisor to the President of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. In 2014, he was the President of the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Spedycyjny Trade Trans sp. Z oo.
