Lee Traxon Acma

Lee Traxon ACMA, CMgr MCMI has extensive experience in financial management and compliance, currently serving as the Senior Manager for AML Due Diligence & Investigations at the British Business Bank since December 2019. In this role, Lee established a KYC/AML function from the ground up and led significant transitions and cost-saving initiatives. Prior to this, Lee held various leadership positions including Director/Financial Management Consultant at NATO Communication & Information Agency, Head of Financial Accounting at Primetals Technologies, and Senior Budgetary Manager at NATO CIS Services Agency, managing multimillion-euro budgets and improving financial processes. Lee's career began with the British Army, progressing through roles in administration and finance. Education includes a Master's Level qualification from the Defence Academy UK and a Level 6 Diploma in Management & Leadership from the UK MOD.
