Samantha Rankin has diverse work experience spanning various industries. Samantha started their career by working at MHM Solicitors Ltd as a Worker, where they handled client communication and provided progress reports. Samantha then moved on to Land Registry as an Executive, completing registrations and handling customer inquiries. Samantha later joined The Law Society of England and Wales as a Development Executive, where they established and maintained relationships with solicitors and their firms. Samantha also developed plans for structured work with various stakeholders and managed the regional operational plan and budget. Samantha's career then took their to NHS Northamptonshire, where they served as a Social Marketing Campaign Manager, developing and managing a social marketing campaign for the NHS. Samantha then joined Triathlon England as a Membership Development Manager, where they promoted membership schemes and managed external relationships. Currently, Samantha is working at British Canoeing as the Head of Membership and Customer Services, focusing on membership growth, improving benefits and customer services, and managing the membership and customer services team.

Samantha Rankin completed their LLB (Hons) degree in Law from the University of the West of England, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. In 2007, they pursued further education and obtained a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from Loughborough College. Prior to their university education, Samantha attended Rawlins Community College from 1996 to 1998, although the degree name and field of study are unspecified.
