Cait Allen

Cait Allen is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including healthcare, charity, and corporate management. Currently serving as the CEO of the British Chiropractic Association since March 2023, Cait is dedicated to leading the professional membership body for UK chiropractors. Prior roles include Director of Engagement at the National Oceanography Centre, where Cait focused on stakeholder relations and public engagement, and CEO of Wessex Cancer Trust, which provides essential support to individuals affected by cancer. Previous leadership positions include CEO of Round Table Great Britain and Ireland, Head of Media & Stakeholder Relations at QCA, and Head of Corporate Affairs at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust, all of which showcased a strong capability in reputation management and strategic growth. Cait began a career in public relations with roles at Golley Slater and Haslimann Taylor PR. Educational qualifications include a degree in English Literature from Lancaster University.
