Anushri Sarkar

Anushri Sarkar, CPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards, people operations, and business partnering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Systems at BCAA since May 2025, Anushri previously held the position of Manager - People Operations and People Business Partner at Svante from September 2022 to May 2025. Earlier roles include Senior People Operations Specialist and Human Resources Analyst at various organizations, including BC Hydro, Morphogenesis, and InterGlobe Enterprises, where Anushri focused on compensation, benefits, and HR analytics. Anushri began a career in human resources at InterGlobe Technology Quotient after an initial role in sales and training at Orbitz Worldwide. Anushri holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and Marketing from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus.
