Dean Dobrinsky

Dean Dobrinsky serves as the Executive Director of Labour Relations at BC Ferries since April 2022, with a prior role as Acting Vice President. From August 2011 to April 2022, Dobrinsky was the Director of Human Resources and Communications at Mowi Canada West, leading various initiatives including human resources, health and safety, and strategic planning, while also serving as a global ambassador for diversity and inclusion. Dobrinsky has extensive experience in employee relations, previously working at West Fraser Timber Co Ltd and Vancouver Coastal Health in senior HR roles. Educational credentials include an MBA from Royal Roads University and ongoing advanced studies in Human Resources at the University of Michigan.
