Brendon Ogmundson

Housing Forecast at BC Real Estate Association

Brendon Ogmundson is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in analyzing and forecasting the British Columbia housing market, and Canadian and US economic variables. Serving as Chief Economist at the BC Real Estate Association since June 2010, Brendon has previously held roles as Deputy Chief Economist and Economist within the same organization, focusing on the impacts of economic growth, interest rates, and employment on housing markets. Brendon also served as a Director at the Association of Professional Economists of BC from May 2011 to May 2015 and worked as a Senior Economist at PricewaterhouseCoopers from June 2006 to June 2010, specializing in macroeconomic and industry analysis. Brendon holds a Master's degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics from the University of Northern British Columbia.
