Warren Funt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member - Commissioner at the British Columbia Securities Commission and a Public Member of the Disciplinary Committee at Engineers and Geoscientists BC, Warren also contributes as a Public Hearing Panel Member for the Law Society of British Columbia. Previous roles include Vice President for Western Canada at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada and Vice President at the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Warren has held director positions at the Canadian Hemochromatosis Society and the International Financial Centre - Vancouver. Warren earned an MBA from Simon Fraser University between 1982 and 1985.
