Charles Fleck

Charles Fleck is the current President at British Columbia Shopping Centre Association. Charles has over 10 years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on shopping centres. Prior to their current role, they were the General Manager at Metropolis at Metrotown & Metrotower III for 3 years, overseeing 1.8 million sf of retail space and 400,000 sf of office space. Charles was also responsible for the centres tenant and public relations, oversight of 50 employees and 100+ contractors, operating budgets, operations, leasing, receivables, administration, promotion and income.

Before that, they worked as the Property Manager for Bayshore Shopping Centre, a nearly $300 million redevelopment project adding a new Food Court and nearly 300,000 square feet of retail space. Charles has also held roles as Property Coordinator and Sales Representative for Concert Properties Ltd., as well as Customer Service Coordinator.

Charles Fleck has a long history of working in the retail industry and has a wealth of experience in managing shopping centres. Charles is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success.
