Eleanor Rock

Eleanor Rock has a diverse background in human resources, legal, and administrative roles. Currently, Eleanor is the Manager of Human Resources at the British Columbia Utilities Commission. Prior to this, Eleanor worked as an Associate Lawyer at McMillan LLP and gained experience in various HR and administrative positions at different organizations. Eleanor holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Victoria.
