Hazel Reason CIWFM MBCS is an accomplished Senior Facilities Manager with extensive experience in managing multiple UK sites and overseeing significant projects within the facilities management sector. Currently, at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Hazel is responsible for three sites, including the Swindon headquarters and a City of London event space, and successfully led the consolidation and relocation of the London office, achieving a savings of £2 million over a ten-year lease. Prior experience includes serving as Facilities and Administration Manager at Dialog Semiconductor, where Hazel managed six sites and oversaw the fit-out of a laboratory-grade testing facility, as well as installation of a high-voltage substation. Hazel has also held roles at Plantronics, where leadership contributed to an award-winning team initiative that enhanced employee satisfaction and productivity. Involved in voluntary events coordination for BIFM, Hazel actively supported professional development training initiatives. Educational qualifications include a BSc HONS in Project Management, Engineering from Northumbria University and a BIFM PT 1 in Facilities Management.
