Minal P. has extensive work experience in the healthcare and information technology sectors. They began their career in 2003 at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where they held various roles in ICT before progressing to project management positions. In 2015, they became a Senior Project Manager, responsible for overseeing digital transformation projects. They later became the Head of Digital Systems and then an Associate Director of Digital Services, leading the organization's digital transformation efforts. In 2020, they served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer before joining NHSX as an Assistant Director of Programmes, focusing on frontline digitization and new hospitals. They then moved on to BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, where they served as the Health and Care Executive and Equality and Diversity Lead. Currently, Minal P. holds a position at NHS England as the Deputy Director of Programmes for Connecting Care Records, where they play a key role in enhancing connectivity and improving care records.
