Ayon Silva

Ayon Silva has a diverse professional background with significant experience in management, marketing, and customer service roles. Currently serving as Assistant Manager Safeguarding & EDI Lead at the British Council since January 2020, Ayon has also held positions such as Exams Planning and Logistics Officer and Customer Service & Sales Officer within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Communications Executive at Acrus Shipping, a Digital Marketing Executive & Creative Strategist at Alpha Labs, where Ayon contributed to enhancing brands' social media presence, and an Administration/Marketing Consultant at ABA Furniture. Ayon’s career began as a Junior Executive at T.M.I Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, progressing to a Management Trainee. Education includes a Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling from London Business School and studies at St. Sebastian's College, as well as qualifications from AAT Sri Lanka.
