Carolyn Sinclair

Carolyn Sinclair, Associate CIPD, has extensive experience in talent development and management. Currently serving as the Global Talent & Development - Management Development and Performance Lead at the British Council since April 2016, Carolyn has previously held roles such as Global Talent and Development Partner and Learning & Development Business Partner at AstraZeneca from 2006 to 2015. Additional experience includes teaching the CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice at Trafford College, where all students successfully passed, and positions as Learning & Development Advisor at Places for People and Training and Development Manager at AstraZeneca. Carolyn also worked as a Learning Development Consultant at Cable & Wireless from 1997 to 2001. Carolyn holds a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Professional Diploma in Managing Organisational Learning & Development obtained in 2007.
