Chika I.

Chika I. currently serves as the Deputy Global Head of Equality Diversity and Inclusion and has held various roles within the British Council since April 2016, including Regional Head and Regional Talent Acquisition Leader for Sub Saharan Africa. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources and Consultancy Manager for the Justice for All (J4A) Programme and the Equal Opportunity and Diversity Officer at the British Council. Chika I. began a career in technology as a Web Developer and Business Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MA in Corruption and Governance from the University of Sussex and several executive education programs from The Wharton School and the United Nations System Staff College, focusing on people analytics, strategy execution, and leading organizational change.
