Gladys Houwen (Assoc CIPD) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in examination administration and development, currently serving as an Examinations Officer and Interim NEA Resource Assistant Manager at the British Council since April 2018. Responsibilities include leading global examination products, overseeing quality compliance audits, and enhancing examiner and venue staff retention while actively participating in EDI initiatives. Prior to this role, Gladys taught Business English in Japan, coordinated global learning and development programs at Interserve, and managed event operations with Langham Hospitality Group.
