John Mulliss

John Mulliss (MBA CMgr FCMI) currently serves as the Director of Change Delivery (Interim) and Head of Project Management GIS at the British Council, responsible for leading the GIS Project Management function and enhancing delivery performance. Previous experience includes roles as IS Project Team Manager at the General Medical Council, Project Delivery and Programme Manager at Manchester Metropolitan University, and Business Analyst/Project Manager at Barclays Bank, among others. John holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Middlesex University and a BSc (Hons) in Computing from the University of Sunderland.
