Maksym Vavrin

Maksym Vavrin currently holds the position of Projects Finance Manager at the British Council since June 2022, overseeing project start-up, implementation, monitoring, closure, and assurance. Concurrently, Maksym serves as an Expert on Accreditation of Qualification Centers and Developer of Professional Standards at the National Qualifications Agency, analyzing compliance and developing professional standards. Previously, experience includes roles such as a Member of the Branch Expert Council at NAQA, contributing to the accreditation of educational programs, and teaching various economic disciplines as a Lecturer at Ukrainian Catholic University. Additional positions include Head of Finance and Procurement Department at Lviv Communal Enterprise, with expertise in financial planning and project financing, and Associate Professor in the Department of Enterprise Economy at Ivan Franko National University of L’viv, alongside involvement in student research development. Maksym’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Economics from Ivan Franko National University of L’viv.
