Rohan Srivastava

Rohan Srivastava is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Payroll and People Data Manager for the Asia Pacific region at the British Council since April 2016, with previous roles including Senior Manager HR (HRBP - Payroll and Compliance), Regional HR Operations and Change Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Rohan served as Deputy Manager Human Resources at All India Asian Educational Foundation, where responsibilities included establishing the HR department and managing HR processes. Earlier career experience includes working as Assistant Manager - HR at Coal India Limited, overseeing life cycle management and employee relations for over 500 employees, and as HR Service Delivery Partner at Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions for a telecom MNC. Rohan holds an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Jamia Millia Islamia and a B.A. (Honours) in Psychology from Delhi University.
