Zunayed Ahmed is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the Managing Director for BC Services Bangladesh Limited at the British Council since May 2012, Zunayed oversees country exam operations and focuses on enhancing cost efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Previously, Zunayed held the position of Head of Customer Services, where exceptional service delivery reforms positioned the team as the top performer in the network. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Sales & Revenue Management at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, achieving significant revenue growth through effective yield management strategies. Zunayed began a career in social compliance as an Assistant Administrator & Consultant at Cal Safety Compliance Corporation. Zunayed holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, and an Honors degree in English from Jahangirnagar University.
