Mike Gall

Mike Gall has extensive experience in both military and civilian roles within the dental field and community service. Currently serving as a Volunteer Chair for the BDA Armed Forces Committee and contributing member of the BMA Armed Forces and BDA Pensions Committees since April 2017, Mike also holds the position of Operations Manager and Launch Authority for Exmouth Lifeboat, alongside volunteering as a Ranger for habitat improvement at National Trust Dartmoor. Since March 2017, Mike has been an RYA Principal and power boat instructor at Lympstone Sailing Club. Prior military service includes roles as Surgeon Captain and Chief Dental Officer (Defence) in the Royal Navy, where Mike served from June 1982 to March 2017. Education credentials include an MBA from the University of Exeter, an MSc in Restorative Dentistry from UCL, and a BDS from The University of Edinburgh, alongside various professional qualifications in sailing instruction.
