Sue Rogers

Sue Rogers is an experienced leader in practice development and mental health services, currently serving as the Head of Practice Development at Family Action since December 2022. With a strong background at Action for Children, including roles as Service Development Manager and National Programme Lead for Mental Health, Sue has successfully created and implemented mental health strategies and early intervention models. Additionally, Sue has extensive experience in the equestrian sector as the Managing Director of Eastbury Manor Equestrian and holds volunteer positions with British Eventing. Sue’s educational qualifications include postgraduate studies in Transformational Leadership from the University of Northampton, along with multiple credentials in organizational management from the Chartered Management Institute.
