Anthony Crutchett

Anthony Crutchett is an experienced partner and director at CIL Management Consultants since August 2012, contributing to global strategy consulting with a focus on growth businesses and value creation services. Anthony has served as a selector for Senior & U20 international men’s and women’s sabre with British Fencing since August 2017 and held the position of Deputy President at England Fencing from January 2017 to November 2022. Additionally, Anthony was a mentor for Bridges for Enterprise, aiding social-impact businesses in the developing world. As a former self-employed athlete, Anthony represented Great Britain and England in fencing, achieving numerous accolades, including Commonwealth Games gold and three Senior National Championships. Anthony's teaching experience includes roles at Haileybury UK and Brentwood School, alongside a consultancy project with London & Partners and a summer internship with The Boston Consulting Group. Educational qualifications include an M.A. Hons in Management Studies from Cambridge Judge Business School and an M.A. Hons in Classics from the University of Cambridge.
