Barbara Whitcombe

Barbara Whitcombe is an experienced professional currently serving as the Team Manager for City Wardens and Environmental Crime at Leicester City Council since October 2008, where responsibilities include the education, prevention, and enforcement of environmental crimes. In addition, Barbara holds roles as the Emergency Centre Manager for an emergency center, Safeguarding Officer for Leicester Fencing Club, and East Midlands Regional Safeguarding Officer for British Fencing. Barbara also serves as a Local Authority School Governor at Spinney Hill Primary School and previously worked as a Senior Enforcement Officer at Harborough District Council. Currently pursuing a Chartered Manager degree at De Montfort University, Barbara holds a BA HONS in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University.
