Cameron Fletcher

Cameron Fletcher is a Mechanics & Flow Scientist at the British Geological Survey, where involvement in projects focuses on the geological aspects of decarbonisation technologies for clean energy in the UK. Prior roles include Core Scanning Technician at the same organization, where analysis and processing of rock core data were key responsibilities. Cameron has also worked as a Laboratory Technician at ACS Group of Companies Ltd and gained field experience through a geology mapping project at Pike O' Blisco during summer 2019, investigating igneous and volcaniclastic interactions. Additionally, volunteer work at The Etches Collection included public engagement and administrative support. Academic credentials include a degree in Geology from the University of Leicester, coupled with field experience in Spain studying sedimentary and metamorphic processes.
