Carl Watson

Carl Watson is an experienced professional with a strong background in analysis, design, and project management within the field of informatics. Currently serving as the Head of Analysis and Design at the British Geological Survey since September 2015, Carl also fulfills the roles of Business Analyst and Project Manager, leading efforts for the UK Geoenergy Observatories. Prior to this role, Carl worked as a Systems Developer/Analyst at the British Geological Survey from September 2008 to 2015 and held a position as Developer/Business Analyst at DSG International from 2002 to 2008. Carl holds an MSc in Computer Science from Cardiff University and a BSc in Geology and Earth Sciences from the University of Portsmouth.
