British Geological Survey
Ian Millar is an experienced isotope geochemist with a career spanning several decades. Millar has been with the British Geological Survey since April 2005 and previously worked at the British Antarctic Survey from 1984 to 2005 in the same role. Ian Millar holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Geology from Bedford College, University of London, obtained between 1980 and 1984, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geology from the University of Glasgow, earned from 1976 to 1980. Early education was completed at Hutchesons' Grammar School in Glasgow from 1966 to 1976.
