Michael Brunton

Michael Brunton is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various engineering roles. Currently employed at British Gypsum since November 2021, Michael previously worked as a Mechanical and Utilities Engineer at Saint-Gobain and held several positions at Eggborough Power Ltd, including Mechanical Engineer and Maintenance Controller. A strong foundation was established at British Energy, where Michael's career began as an Apprentice Mechanical Craftsman, progressing through various roles to become a Mechanical Technician. Michael holds HND and HNC qualifications in Mechanical Engineering from Doncaster College, complemented by early training as an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter and Turner at Babcock Marine.
