Jenny Hargrave has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and organizations. Jenny started their career at Wellhouse NHS Trust as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the Pediatrics department from 1994 to 1998.
After that, Jenny worked at NHS Workforce Review Team as a Flexible Workforce Manager from October 2009 to March 2010. Jenny provided consultancy support, business development, and expert advice on flexible workforce issues.
Jenny then joined NHS Professionals, where they held various positions. From May 2002 to February 2005, they served as a General Manager in the Paddington Service Centre in London. Jenny then became the Regional Client Relationship Lead for London from February 2005 to October 2005. Jenny later took on the role of Head of Clinical Governance on secondment from October 2005 to April 2006, where they developed and maintained clinical governance and risk management standards. Jenny also led the Interim Nursing Service and the Overseas Recruitment Strategy for Nurses from July 2008 to October 2009.
In 2006, Jenny became the Head of Client Relations for NHS Professionals South Region, responsible for stakeholder engagement, contract management, and business development. Jenny held this position until April 2011. During their tenure, they also took on the role of Associate Director of Workforce Strategy from April 2011 to August 2013, driving and developing organizational workforce strategies.
Currently, Jenny is working at the British Heart Foundation, where they have held multiple director-level positions. Jenny served as the Head of Healthcare and Innovation from September 2013 to April 2015. Following that, they became the Director of Innovation in Health and Wellbeing, leading innovation efforts in healthcare until March 2019. From March 2019 to June 2021, Jenny held the role of Director of Patient, Public and Professional Involvement, focusing on engaging and involving stakeholders. Currently, they serve as the Director of Healthcare Programmes, responsible for leading healthcare initiatives.
Jenny Hargrave has a diverse education history. Jenny completed a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Supervision from The OCM in 2022. In 2021, they also pursued Coaching and Mentoring studies at EMCC. In 2011-2012, they earned a PgC in Strategic Workforce Planning from the University of West London. Additionally, Jenny holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (DMS) from the University of Kent, which they completed in 1996-1997. Jenny'searlier education includes a Registered Sick Children's Nurse (RSCN) qualification from Guy's Hospital in 1990-1991, as well as a General Nursing (RGN) degree from The London Hospital, Whitechapel, E1 in the years 1985-1988.
