Duane Holland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand strategy, innovation, and creative consultancy. Currently serving as Director of Global Planning Solutions at TikTok, Duane focuses on enhancing the platform's position as a leading entertainment destination through vertical narratives and thought leadership. As an advisor at RideNear and a member of the Innovation Council at BIMA, Duane contributes to brand building and innovative strategies. Duane founded DH READY, a consultancy designed to prepare clients for future market challenges, and has worked with notable clients such as University College London, Pernod Ricard, and Clarks. Previous roles include strategic consultancy at McCann Enterprise, and positions in innovation and mentorship within various organizations including UCL and ELIEZ.
