Mike Davidson

Mike Davidson has a wealth of experience in the real estate and retail industry. Mike started their career as a Store Manager at FW Woolworth in 1981 and later became a General Manager at Texas Homecare in 1985. In 1992, they became the Centre Manager at the Mercat Centre before moving on to become the Centre Manager at 'the centre:mk' in 1995. In 2001, they became the Managing Director of Gunwharf Quays Management Ltd, where they oversaw the successful development and management of a mixed-use property. Mike then joined Land Securities in 2006 and held various roles, including Retail Operations Director and Head of Retail Operations. In 2015, they joined Broadgate Estates as a Project Director Retail and eventually moved on to become the Director of Retail Services at British Land in 2016. Currently, Mike Davidson holds the position of Head of Regional Operations at British Land.

Mike Davidson attended William Hulme's Grammar School in Manchester from 1973 to 1980. Later, in 1993, they enrolled at The College of Estate Management in Reading and completed a BCSC Diploma in Shopping Centre Management in 1994.
