Anthea Banner has extensive experience in training and management roles, currently serving as the Training Team Leader for First Aid at the British Red Cross since March 2020, overseeing a team of ten First Aid Trainers. Prior to this role, Anthea worked as a First Aid Instructor at Strong Roots Training Ltd, delivering Qualsafe and Nuco courses in local areas and Greater London. Anthea also has a long tenure at Monarch Airlines from January 2001 to October 2017, where positions included Senior Cabin Manager, Cabin Service Operational Instructor, and Cabin Crew, focusing on training, operational management, and passenger safety. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manageress at Oliver Adams Bakery from September 1992 to April 1999. Anthea's educational background includes A levels and GCSEs from Duston Upper School, completed in 1992.
