Karen Spence

Karen Spence has extensive experience in administrative support and member services, currently serving as PA to the Head of Education Marketing at the British Red Cross since July 2012, where the focus is on providing first aid training to businesses. Previously, from October 2010 to May 2012, Karen worked at RICS in Member Services for the North & Midlands, facilitating events for property professionals. Earlier roles include serving as Executive Assistant to the Director of Corporate IT Security at the Department for Work and Pensions from 2008 to 2010, supporting senior management in London and the North West of England.
