Matt Mills is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations transformation, project management, and strategic coordination, currently serving as Chief of Staff (interim) and Head of UK Operations Transformation and Strategic Coordination at British Red Cross since April 2014. Prior to these positions, Mills held roles such as Business Improvement Manager at Braintree District Council and has a track record of governance and performance management within the healthcare sector as a Governor for North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
