Katie Whitty

Katie Whitty is an experienced professional in project management and administration, presently serving as a Senior Project Manager at British Solar Renewables since October 2021. Katie has also held roles such as Project Manager and Project Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Katie worked for Leonardo as an HR Systems Officer and as a Resourcing Officer during a maternity cover. Earlier career milestones include positions at Yeovil College as an Apprenticeship Co-ordinator, Apprentice Recruitment Officer, and Event Coordinator, along with a role as Health and Safety and Training Coordinator at Bradfords Building Supplies Ltd. Katie began a career in public service at Avon and Somerset Constabulary, working as a DNA/NAFIS Officer and Crime Desk Clerk, and has held administrative roles at Yeovil Hospital NHS Foundation and WA Consultants. Educational qualifications include a HNC/D in Business and a Level 3 IAG from Yeovil College University Centre, along with various certifications in risk assessment and business administration.
