Philip McNaughton

Philip McNaughton has extensive experience in environmental management and operations within the sugar industry, notably serving at British Sugar from January 2000 to November 2022. As Head of Decarbonisation, Philip led initiatives to reduce carbon emissions across the supply chain. Prior roles include Company Environment Manager, where Philip oversaw environmental and sustainability efforts, and various managerial positions within AB Sugar, including Operations Development Manager. Philip holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester and completed A-levels and GCSEs at Nottingham High School.
