James Aspatore

James Aspatore has extensive experience in management and operations within both the corporate and law enforcement sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Pool Relationships and Operations Manager at British Swim School since September 2019, previous roles include Sr. Franchise Business Coach and Franchise Business Coach. Prior experience at Norfolk Southern Corporation from March 2009 to September 2019 as Market Manager for Industrial Products involved maximizing profitability and revenue through strategic pricing. Additional roles at Norfolk Southern included Assistant Market Manager for Organic Chemicals and NGLs, along with service as Special Agent for the NSR Police Department. James also contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Bryant and Stratton College and held various policing positions with the Chesapeake Police Department, culminating as a Police Officer Specialist and Field Training Officer. James holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Christopher Newport University.
