Alistair Sutherland

Alistair Sutherland serves as the Deputy Chief Constable for the British Transport Police since November 2021. Prior to this role, Alistair held the position of Assistant Commissioner at the City of London Police from April 2016 to January 2023. Alistair's extensive experience within the Metropolitan Police includes roles such as Commander for Royalty Specialist Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection, OCU Commander for both Specialist Firearms Command and CO5 MPS Firearms Command Unit, and Superintendent Operations/OCU Commander from September 2005 to July 2008.
