Ashley Auger

Ashley Auger has extensive experience in analytics and performance management, currently serving as the Head of Analytics and Insight at British Transport Police since September 2011. In this role, Ashley leads a multi-skilled team to deliver analytical products that enhance organizational performance and meet strategic objectives. Previous positions at British Transport Police include Programme Manager, Project Implementation Lead, and Evidence Based Policing Analysis Manager, where Ashley collaborated with various stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Researcher at the Metropolitan Police, where Ashley conducted research on police practices, and as a Volunteer Support Worker at Cambridgeshire County Council, mentoring young offenders. Ashley holds an MSc in Sociology of Crime, Control and Globalisation from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
