Jack Hayman

Jack Hayman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Workforce Planning Advisor at British Transport Police since August 2013. In this role, Jack has developed and embedded workforce planning capabilities while previously holding positions such as Resourcing Advisor and Resourcing Administrator, where responsibilities included advising on recruitment across various functions and supporting police officer recruitment campaigns. Prior to joining British Transport Police, Jack gained experience at Talent Match, Natural England, and RWE npower, focusing on recruitment resourcing, environmental stewardship administration, and customer service in renewable energy. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Northampton.
