Jeremy Pampel

Jeremy Pampel is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service desk support and IT service delivery. Currently serving as an IT Service Delivery Analyst at British Transport Police since October 2017, Jeremy previously held roles at CORETX, Blackthorn Technologies, and ohal, where skills were developed in providing first-line IT support, delivering quality services, and document internal processes. A degree in Computing from the University of Portsmouth complements Jeremy's extensive experience in the field, which began with early positions in office administration and technical support.
