Amy Hall has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Amy currently works at the British Triathlon Federation as the Head of Children and Young People since April 2020. Previously, at the same organization, they served as the Participation Manager from August 2018 to April 2020. Amy has also worked as a Witnessing Chaperone and National Trainer at UK Anti-Doping since November 2016. Prior to that, they were the Club Development Coordinator at the University of Nottingham from April 2015 to August 2018. Amy also worked at West Yorkshire Sport as the NGB Development Manager (Secondment) from July 2014 to March 2015, and as a Sport Development Officer from October 2012 to June 2014. Amy had a brief stint as a Project Manager at the NHS from April 2012 to September 2012, and as a Membership Consultant at Virgin Active from February 2011 to April 2012.

Amy Hall attended Leeds Beckett University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2015, they completed the ILM Level 3 Leadership & Management program at the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). Amy also obtained the First Aid in Sport certification from Purple Dog Ltd in March 2015. In September 2013, Amy completed the Sport England Sport Maker Facilitator Training at Press Red Ltd and the scUK Tutor Training at sports coach UK. It is worth noting that Amy has an unspecified year and month for completing the UKCC Level 2 Acrobatic Gymnastics certification by British Gymnastics.
