Hasan Iqbal

Hasan Iqbal is a highly qualified medical professional with a focus on sports medicine. Currently serving as the First Team Doctor and Academy Doctor at Luton Town Football Club since September 2023, Hasan provides pitchside medical support to both academy and first team matches. Hasan is also a General Practice Registrar at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, where experiences include geriatrics and pediatrics. In addition, Hasan offers match day medical coverage for The Rugby Football League and serves as an Event Doctor for British Universities & Colleges Sport, covering multiple sports. Previous roles include serving as Team Doctor for the Cymru Women’s Under-17 National Team and completing Foundation Year training at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. Hasan's educational background comprises an MBBS from UCL, a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine from the University of Leeds, and a Sports and Exercise Medicine iBSc from UCL.
