Anna Patalong

Anna Patalong is an accomplished soprano and arts leader with extensive experience in the operatic field. Currently serving as Chief Executive at British Youth Opera since April 2022, Anna previously held significant roles with various prestigious companies, including BBC Symphony as Miss Julie from August 2019 to April 2022, and Spoleto Festival as Ino in 2019. Anna's notable performances include Violetta in La Traviata at both Festival Opera NZ and LONGBOROUGH FESTIVAL OPERA, as well as roles such as Woglinde in The Ring at Royal Opera House and Scottish Opera, and Mimi in La Boheme at Opéra de Rouen Normandie. Anna holds a Master of Music in Performance from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, earned between 2008 and 2011.
