Kat Penn has a diverse background in sales and customer service, currently serving as the Sales and Services Team Manager at Brittany Ferries since May 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Support Worker at Lifeways Group and as an Inbound Customer Service Representative for the John Lewis campaign at Sitel. Kat has also held positions as a Sales Associate at Primark and as a Sales Assistant at JD Sports Fashion plc. Educationally, Kat earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a specialism in HR and Leadership from the University of Plymouth between 2014 and 2017, following attendance at John Henry Newman Catholic College from 2012 to 2014.
