Matt Delaney is a skilled engineering professional with a diverse background in product development, manufacturing, and coaching. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at ROL Ergo AB since January 2024 and as a Product Engineer at Britten Inc. since October 2021, Matt has a proven track record of creating and upgrading documentation, troubleshooting current products, and designing innovative equipment. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Tommy Car Wash Systems and Tiara Yachts, where contributions included improving operational efficiency and leading innovation projects. Matt also has experience in coaching and youth sports, having served as an Assistant Football Coach at Hope College and as a referee for Caledonia Youth Football. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hope College, completed in 2018.
