Caroline McHale

Caroline McHale is an experienced R&D Product Innovation Technologist at BRITVIC PLC, where responsibilities include leading technical liquid development and managing new soft drinks projects from concept to commercialization while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards. Prior to this role, Caroline served as a Concept Developer at Bigham's, overseeing product development processes, and played a significant role in launching the Proper Puds range. Previous experience also includes functioning as a Sensory Panel Leader at Tesco, where management of sensory tests and training was key, and as a Liquid NPD Scientist IP at Lucozade Ribena Suntory, supporting product redevelopment and sensory profiling. Caroline holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Leeds.
