Catherine Newman is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand activation and customer marketing across major companies. Currently serving as a Senior Brand Activation Manager at Britvic plc since April 2024, Catherine is responsible for activating key brands in the managed dining channel. Previously, in the role of Lead Customer Marketing Manager at Quintessential Brands Group from January 2018 to March 2024, Catherine developed comprehensive marketing strategies. Catherine also held various positions at Unilever Food Solutions from March 2011 to June 2017, including Tea Marketing Manager for North-west Europe, where significant growth was achieved in tea sales, and received Unilever’s Global ‘Unsung Hero’ award. Prior experience includes roles at Hillshire Brands as a National Account Manager and Customer Development Manager. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Marketing & Management from Newcastle University, awarded in 2005, and completed secondary education at Loughborough High School.
