Suniti Chauhan

Suniti Chauhan is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Britvic. Prior to this, they were with Tulchan Communications LLP. Before that, they were the Non Executive Director of Britvic plc and a member of Audit Committee from November 2017 to December 2021. Chauhan was also the Director of Corporate Development at Rexam from November 2013 to December 2016. Suniti was responsible for corporate finance and M&A strategy with particular focus on emerging markets. From January 2013 to December 2013, Chauhan was a Consultant, Group Strategy and M&A at BAE Systems. Suniti was part of the management rotation with new IBD leadership team focused on business and client strategy with overall responsibility for the Analyst and Associate programme. Chauhan has also worked as the Managing Director at Morgan Stanley from January 2000 to December 2012. Suniti started their career as an Associate at Schroders / Schroder Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup) from January 1998 to December 2000.

Suniti Chauhan has an educational background in economics and business management. Suniti attended Dartmouth College for their undergraduate degree and then went on to Harvard Business School for their MBA. Suniti has also completed a CFO programme at Deloitte and a programme at UCL.
