Jerson Coronica is a professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager on the Customer Experience Team at Brivity Virtual Assistants since April 2022, Jerson also contributes to the Leads Team Support at Brivity since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Jerson worked as an Operations Manager at One Tango Digital from August 2021 to December 2021 and held the position of Assistant Center Manager at Teleperformance from January 2013 to July 2021.
